Information we collect
When you submit an application, we collect the information you provide directly: your full name, email address, mobile phone number, state of residence, and your preferred start timeline. We also collect referral or traffic source data (such as UTM parameters or the referring website) when you arrive at our site from an advertisement or link.
How we use it
We use your information to review your application, contact you about an interview, verify suitability for an independent contractor agent role, and improve our recruiting process. Submitted applications are stored in a private spreadsheet and used solely for recruiting and onboarding purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is accessible only to authorized members of the Grovemont Financial team involved in recruiting and onboarding.
SMS / text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
When you check the SMS consent box on our application form, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent. We use them only to send recurring automated text messages to confirm your interview and follow up about the agent role. Messages are sent from (910) 534-4099. Message frequency varies; expected frequency is 5-10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of employment or of submitting an application. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time; after you reply STOP you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How long we keep it
We retain application information for as long as needed to evaluate your candidacy and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at the email below.
Your choices
You are not required to submit an application. If you do, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of future communications, by emailing the contact below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information using access controls and secure service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
