Agent role & compensation

Agent positions with Grovemont Financial are independent contractor roles, not employment. Agents are compensated by commission only. There is no base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed income. Earnings depend entirely on individual effort, skill, and sales results. Figures shown on this site reflect individual results, not typical or guaranteed results.

Licensing

A valid state life insurance license is required to sell insurance products. Initial licensing costs are paid directly to your state and typically range from $100 to $200, including state licensing, testing, and fingerprinting fees. Grovemont Financial provides the pre-licensing course at no cost. The agency never collects any fee from you at any time.

Use of the site

You agree to provide accurate, truthful information on your application and to use the site only for its intended purpose of applying for an agent opportunity. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, submit fraudulent information, or use automated tools to submit multiple applications.

Application review

Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or an agent position. We review each application and contact selected candidates to schedule an interview. We accept a limited number of new agents at a time.

No obligation

Submitting an application creates no obligation on your part or on ours. Either party may decline to proceed at any stage of the process, up to and including after an interview.

SMS program terms

If you affirmatively check the SMS consent box on our application, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Grovemont Financial at the mobile number you provide. Messages are used to confirm or coordinate your interview and to follow up about the independent contractor agent role. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. For help, reply HELP or email admin@grovemontfinancial.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information & consent

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Submitted application information will never be viewed, obtained, or used by an unaffiliated third party for its own purposes. It may be processed only by authorized Grovemont Financial personnel and service providers acting solely on our behalf to operate the application, communications, and recruiting process. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
